Solution: A Power Apps app with AI Builder invoice capture: the team validates each invoice on screen and a robot generates the daily ERP import file.

Challenge: Tenant payment requests arrived by email and were executed one by one in online banking, while the portfolio was growing fast.
Solution: Standardised requests by email or form, a bot that captures them and builds the payment file for the treasury tool, and a database to track incidents.

Challenge: The company needed to separate its automated accounting system from the infrastructure of a related company.
Solution: Its own Google Cloud environment with intelligent invoice recognition, Google Drive document management and a bot integrated with Business Central and A3, including IGIC.
Result: Full autonomy and a monthly fee covering infrastructure and maintenance.

Challenge: Admin and production spent hours posting invoices, updating customer orders and maintaining technical specifications in SAP.
Solution: Several C# robots connected through the SAP Business One SDK: invoice reading, order updates and activation, supplier quote comparison and technical file updates.
Result: Formerly manual processes now run on their own, fully traceable.

Challenge: Communication with correspondents and between international offices was handled by email.
Solution: A web portal for correspondents, workflows migrated to Power Platform, an AI assistant over case files in a private environment, and automated content marketing with website maintenance and SEO.
Result: Fewer emails, centralised information and a consistent digital presence.

Challenge: The firm posted invoices for hundreds of clients by hand and had to prepare for e-invoicing.
Solution: An invoice submission portal with Google AI recognition and automatic posting, plus a bot linking its issued-invoice ledger to a certified platform.
Result: Faster bookkeeping and compliance without changing ERP.

Challenge: It needed the official reference value of a large number of properties from their cadastral references.
Solution: A bot that queries the Spanish Land Registry (Catastro) at scale and delivers structured results in Excel.

Challenge: Preparing the tax-group consolidation return (form 220) required laborious manual work.
Solution: Analysis of the data with the tax team and automatic generation of the filing file, with support until submission to the AEAT.
