About us
Less standard. More you.
TBOT SPAIN is a Madrid-based technology consultancy specialising in automating business processes with software robots and artificial intelligence.
Who we are
Since 2021 we have helped administration, finance, operations and marketing teams work better with less effort. We come from finance and tax, so we understand the process before writing a single line of code.
How we think
We do not sell licences or off-the-shelf packages. We design each solution around how you work and integrate it with the systems you already have, so the investment pays off from the first month.
How we work
Projects with clear scope, timeline and fees; direct contact with the people who build; and ongoing maintenance so nothing becomes obsolete.
Our commitments
Security
Whenever you prefer, we work inside your environment and your data never leaves your company.
Transparency
Easy-to-understand fees, milestone billing and no hidden costs for questions or calls.
Long-term support
We stand by each solution after go-live: adjustments, regulatory changes and new needs.
