Automated tax returns, SII and e-invoicing

We automatically prepare Spanish Tax Agency (AEAT) returns from your ERP data, reconciled and ready for review and filing. Less time in SAP and on the AEAT website, lower risk of penalties.

What we automate in tax

Every month your team extracts data, reconciles it in Excel and enters it on the AEAT website. A robot can do the same work with the same rules, without omissions or typos.

Monthly and quarterly returns

Forms 303, 111, 115 and 349 generated from ERP transactions, ready for review.

Annual summaries

Forms 390, 190 and 347 with automatic reconciliation against the year’s data.

Corporate income tax and more

Filing files for complex returns such as form 220 for tax groups, with support until submission.

More forms we prepare

Beyond the usual returns, we automate less frequent forms that are often still done by hand and are prone to errors:

  • Form 180. Annual summary of tax withheld on rents paid for commercial premises and offices. It summarises Form 115 and is filed in January; we reconcile it automatically with the year’s 115s and each landlord.
  • Form 216. Withholding on income paid to non-residents without a permanent establishment (services, royalties, interest, dividends). Quarterly, or monthly for large companies; we detect non-resident payments in the ERP and compute the applicable withholding.
  • Form 296. Annual summary of Form 216, with details of each non-resident recipient. We generate it from the year’s 216s and validate tax ID, country and income type.
  • Form 322. Monthly individual VAT return for each company in a VAT group. We prepare the 322 for every group company using the same criteria.
  • Form 353. Monthly aggregated VAT return of the VAT group, filed by the parent company. We aggregate the subsidiaries’ 322s and reconcile the group result before filing.

Immediate Supply of Information (SII)

Automatic SII submission and reconciliation with AEAT records.

E-invoicing

Integration of your issued-invoice ledger with certified platforms to comply with the new rules, QR code included.

AEAT tool support

Monthly maintenance of your tax tools so they keep working when record layouts change.

How we do it

1. Tax map

We review with your tax team which data feeds each return and where it comes from.

2. Extraction robot

The robot queries the ERP and prepares the return or .txt file with the agreed rules.

3. Review and filing

Your team reviews the draft and files it. If the AEAT returns an error, we fix it.

Technology

SAP, Business Central, Sage and A3; Excel and VBA; AEAT filing formats; SII; e-invoicing platforms such as Fiscaly.

What you get

  • A tax calendar without manual peaks
  • Returns reconciled with the books
  • Lower risk of errors and penalties
  • Fast adaptation to regulatory changes

FAQ

Do you file the returns for us?

We prepare the draft and the file; your team or your tax adviser files it and keeps control.

What if a form layout changes?

With the maintenance service we adapt the robot to AEAT changes.

Is e-invoicing mandatory?

The rules are being rolled out in phases. We help you comply with a solution that does not depend solely on your ERP.
